So for a 50 square foot kitchen, plan on spending about $2500.
That will get you a low-cost slab (@$700) as well as the Labor cost (@$1800) to fabricate and install your new countertops.
You may find shops advertising a lower square foot price, for example $29 per sq ft, however they will then add extras to your job like charging for sink cut-outs, outlets, faucet holes or cooktop cut-outs.
So its important to compare the overall finished price for the job when getting quotes.
